He has seven children, several of whom serve on the ships of Stannis's fleet. He is a founder and member of House Seaworth of the Cape of Wrath, a noble house of the Stormlands and vassal of House Baratheon of Dragonstone. Its emblem is a saber ship on a pale gray background with a silver onion in the sails.
