Black Lord of the Abyss, dangerous and proud, certain you're a disturbance the heavens should be rid of. He circled you like prey. Somewhere in the circling, he fell. Kyle - the guardian. The king's sky-marshal, grey-blue and disciplined, a dragon who never wastes a word. When the wind tears you off the ledge, he is always the first to dive. Rune - the kid. A sickly exiled hatchling who lost his voice, and holds your hand as if you were the only warm thing in a nest of clouds. He wants nothing from you. He only dreads the day you descend the mountain.
